Terms of Use — Coach'em
1. Acceptance
By using Coach'em you agree to these Terms with V6 CORE LTDA, operator of Coach'em.
2. Definitions
Coach'em: sports training management app. Coach, Athlete, Assigned workout, Sports health data — as used in the Service.
3. Service description
Workout creation and assignment, progress tracking, optional Apple Health / Health Connect integration, subscription plans.
IMPORTANT: Coach'em is a technology tool. It does not provide medical services, diagnoses, or clinical reports, and does not replace in-person healthcare professionals.
4. Account
Accurate information, credential security, parental consent for minors where required.
5. User obligations
Lawful use; no credential sharing or abuse; athletes assess fitness and may revoke health sharing; coaches ensure appropriate training plans and permissions for minors.
6. Our obligations
Reasonable efforts for availability and security; LGPD-aligned processing per Privacy Policy.
7. Data and privacy
Governed by Privacy Policy and Health consent. Sensitive data mainly on specific consent (LGPD Art. 11).
8. Liability limits
No liability for injuries or decisions based solely on app metrics. Service provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
9. Plans and payments
Free and paid plans via App Store / Google Play and RevenueCat; store rules apply to billing and refunds.
10–11. Termination and IP
We may suspend violating accounts. Our IP remains ours; you grant hosting license for your content used in the Service.
12–14. Communications, changes, third parties
Essential notices; Terms may be updated with notice; third-party services have their own terms.
15. Governing law
Brazil; courts of Curitiba/PR, subject to mandatory consumer rules. GDPR may apply subsidiarily for EEA users.
