Health & Wearables Consent
1. Introduction
This document is your free, informed, and unambiguous consent for processing sensitive health/sports data from wearables and Apple Health / Health Connect under Brazil’s LGPD (Art. 11).

3. Data covered
Aggregates only during the workout window (Start → Complete): heart rate stats, calories, distance, steps, exercise sessions. No clinical records, ECGs, diagnoses, or raw HR streams on our servers.
4. Purposes
Show metrics to you; share summaries with your linked coach for sports coaching; training history trends.
5. Legal basis
LGPD Art. 7 I and Art. 11 I — specific highlighted consent, revocable anytime.
6. Sharing
Linked coach; Firebase/Google Cloud; Apple/Google on-device APIs; authorities when legally required.
7–8. Security and retention
Encryption and access controls; retention while consent is active; no new reads after revoke; deletion on request per Privacy Policy.
9. Your rights
Access, correction, portability, deletion, withdrawal. Revoke in app (Profile → Health), iPhone Health settings, or Android Health Connect; email suporte.vision10@gmail.com (up to 15 days response).
10. Refusal or revocation
Without consent the app works without wearable metrics. Revocation stops new collection; past summaries may remain until deletion request.
11–14. Minors, changes, declaration, contact
Guardian consent required for minors. By enabling “Connect device” in the app you confirm you read and accept this Term.
